What file formats do you deliver?
Full-resolution retouched JPEGs (sRGB, minimum 300 DPI) as standard, with layered TIFF or PSD available as a retouching-tier add-on. Web-optimized WebP exports are included at no extra charge for any e-commerce or campaign delivery.
What are the usage rights on delivered images?
Standard delivery includes unlimited digital usage rights for the licensing client's own marketing, e-commerce, and campaign use. Broadcast, paid media, or third-party licensing requires the usage-rights add-on — ask for the rate sheet before booking if that applies to your project.
What's the turnaround time?
48 hours standard for product photography and headshot days from the shoot date. Brand and campaign shoots run 5-7 business days depending on retouching tier. Expedited 24-hour turnaround is available as an add-on.
What's your revision policy?
One round of revisions is included on every package — crop, color, and minor retouch adjustments. Additional revision rounds or a full reshoot are billed at the applicable per-SKU or per-day rate.
Do you shoot on location or in-studio only?
Both. Product and headshot-day work is typically studio-based at our Wyandotte St location; brand and campaign shoots regularly go on location around the KC metro. Travel outside the metro is quoted separately.
How far out should we book?
2-3 weeks out for standard product and headshot-day bookings; 4-6 weeks for brand/campaign shoots that need creative direction and location scouting. Rush bookings are sometimes possible — ask when you request a quote.
